By understanding myself better, and my strengths, it has helped me identify elements of my work that are a good fit and helps me shape my role to be more satisfying.

I found it so valuable to identify and learn how to articulate my drivers to others so they can have a better understanding of what motivates me.

I am low in Adaptability, but my strength in Arranging allows me to quickly plan alternatives and manage unexpected situations. I am low in Ideation but my collection of insights through my Input strength enables me to draw on stores of ideas when required.

Understanding the positives of my non-dominant themes helps me appreciate people who have these!
