Our Tauranga Riding for the Disabled (RDA) team had dabbled a bit in the CliftonStrengths before, but we had a few staff changes and thought a session with a facilitator would benefit the team and culture.

So we made contact with Toni.

It is always important to remember we are all wired differently and our communication styles differ from one another, but as a team we are all working towards the same goal and those differing personalities all contribute to the journey.
